Our guarantee

We stand behind every item we print. If something's wrong with your order, tell us and we'll put it right.

If your print is faulty

Email support@etees.com.au or call 02 7227 2731 with your order number and a photo of the problem, ideally within 14 days of delivery. If the item is faulty, the print is damaged, or it's more than 2cm out of place, we'll reprint it or refund it. Lost parcels are covered too. See our returns policy for exactly what counts as a fault.

What's outside our control

Every item is made to order from the design you create, so we can't take responsibility for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammar in your design
  • Blurry or low-resolution images you upload
  • Small variations in print or garment colour (up to about 5%) and in print size or placement (up to 2cm)
  • Design choices made in the designer, or a design you approved at checkout
  • Options you selected, such as the product, colour or size
  • Normal shrinkage when washing
  • Garments you supply yourself (bring your own)
  • Delivery times once your order is posted (lost or damaged parcels are still covered)

Before you order

Please check your design, spelling, sizes and delivery address carefully. Placing and paying for your order is your approval to print it as shown.

Colours on screen are a guide. Dark and black garments can look slightly brighter in the designer so your artwork is easier to position; use the colour swatches under each product for the true colour.

Need to change your design after ordering? Email support@etees.com.au straight away with your order number and we'll let you know what's possible.

What we won't print

We don't print artwork that copies someone else's logo, trademark or copyrighted work without permission, impersonates a person or business, or is sexual, violent, hateful, offensive to groups of people or illegal. If an order breaks these rules we'll contact you and refund it.
