No. You can order a single custom t-shirt. There are no setup fees on digitally printed items. Screen printing starts at 25 of one design.

Digital prints are usually ready in 7–10 business days and screen-printed group orders in 2–3 weeks. Then allow 2–7 business days for regular post, or next business day for express. Production and postage times.

Choose Express post at checkout: once your order is printed it usually arrives the next business day. Working to a date? Ask us before you order and we'll confirm it's possible.

Yes. Digital printing lets every item be different, for example names and numbers on team shirts, at no extra setup cost.

If a garment runs out after you order, we'll contact you so you can wait for new stock, swap to a similar item or get a refund.

Usually. Larger runs can be screen printed, which lowers the price per item. Group orders explains the options, or ask for a quote.

Contact us straight away. Orders go into production soon after payment, so changes aren't always possible, and once garments are ordered a cancellation fee of at least $35 may apply.

For a full-size front print, use an image around 3,500 pixels wide. Smaller prints need less, but below about 1,800 pixels wide a large print may look soft. A PNG with a transparent background works best, and vector logos (SVG) print sharpest. The largest print area is about A3 (30 × 42cm).

Yes. In the designer, select your image and use the remove background option for plain white backgrounds.

We don't print other people's logos, trademarks or copyrighted artwork without permission, or content that is sexual, violent, hateful or illegal. Our guarantee has the details.

Each product page has its own size chart. Garments can vary by about 1.5cm from the chart.

Wash cold and inside out, line dry out of direct sun, and don't iron over the print, tumble dry, bleach or use fabric softener. A faint mark around a new digital print can appear; it washes out in the first cold wash.

$10 for the first item, then 25c for each extra item, anywhere in Australia. Express post is $15 for the first item, then $1 per extra item. International postage starts at $15. Postage details.

We email a tracking number when your order is posted. You can also check your order status in your account.
